And the Winners Are...
October 13, 2026. Congratulations to the winners of our Gobble & Create Turkey Making Contest! Keewatin House guests filled the lobby with creative, colourful turkeys this Thanksgiving, from paper-plate turkeys to feathered ones, and even a turkey in a tutu. Our first, second and third place winners each took home a basket full of goodies. Thank you to every guest who took part!

Gobble & Create: The Big Turkey Making Contest
October 7, 2026. Keewatin House guests are invited to bring their creative spirit to the lobby for our Thanksgiving turkey making contest. Some supplies will be provided, and there are prizes for first, second and third place.

Canada Day BBQ at the Lodge
July 1, 2026. Guests and staff came together on Canada Day for a summer BBQ lunch on the patio at Keewatin House Lodge. A big thank you to our grill masters, and to everyone who joined us for good food and great conversation.

Shirley Finishes the Half Marathon
June 2026. Congratulations to Shirley, who ran the half marathon at the 2026 Manitoba Marathon while staying with us at Keewatin House. We sponsored her race and had a custom Keewatin House shirt made for her to run in. Our staff celebrated with flowers and a balloon when she brought home her finisher's medal.
