Pain Relief Cream Now Available at All Our Locations
October 2026. Guests staying at any of our locations can now ask our front desk for TPR20. It's an over-the-counter cream for temporary relief of minor pain and itching.
TPR20 contains lidocaine, which numbs the skin where it's applied, and menthol, which gives a cooling feeling. People use it for things like minor burns, sunburn, skin irritation and insect bites.
How to get it: Ask at the front desk. TPR20 is covered through NIHB for eligible clients. Our staff will take a few details, including your NIHB number, and send your request to a pharmacist for review. If it's approved, you'll get your cream right at the desk.
Before you use it: Tell staff about any allergies, especially to beeswax or soy. If you take other medications, check with a pharmacist or your doctor. Don't apply it to broken or open skin. You'll get an information sheet with your cream with everything you need to know.

A Baby Bundle for Our Newest Guests
Welcoming a baby far from home is a big moment, and we want families to feel looked after when it happens. Registered guests accommodated at Sherbrook Lodge, Keewatin House or Burnell Place who take part in our Baby Bundle program receive a diaper bag filled with newborn essentials, including diapers, wipes, bottles, baby care products and first outfits.
The Baby Bundle is a Cormorant Group marketing program. The bundle is given to families who take part, which means a parent or guardian signs a photo consent form, and photos may be shared on our website and social media using first names only. Taking part is voluntary and does not affect a guest's stay or services. Ask the front desk at your location for details.
