Where is the nearest ATM/Bank?

Half a block up across from FreshCo, Sherbrook Ave, at FreshCo, plus Dollarama.
Where is the nearest Hospital?
Health Sciences Centre 820 Sherbrook St, Winnipeg
Where is the nearest convenience store?
Sherbrook Foods, 468 Sherbrook Street.
Where is the common Kitchen?
On the lowest floor, there is a sign above the door.
What time are meals served?
Breakfast is from 8:00AM-10:00AM, Lunch is from 11:30AM-2:00PM, and Dinner is 5:00PM-8:00PM.
Do you need a meal ticket for each meal?
Yes. You need a signed meal ticket for each meal. You can get meal tickets at reception.
When are the visiting hours?
8:00AM-9:00PM.
How long is reception open for?
24/7 – 365 days
How do you get fresh towels?
You can get fresh towels at reception after 6:00 PM or from laundry services on the lower floor from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Are there phones in the suites?
Yes, all of our suites have a phone.
Will you receive a suite key at check-in?
Yes. You will receive a suite key at check-in.
Do you have room service?
Yes, for guests who are incapable of coming down.
